Abstract

AbstractAs a health worker, midwife should have a good therapeutic communication skills, so that he can establish a relationship of trust with the patient, providing professional satisfaction in obstetric care, and improve the image of the profession of midwifery. But the most important is to apply their knowledge to help their fellow human beings. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the indicators that should be considered by the midwife. If the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) increases, the solution must be found in order to prevent this AKI. This is why researchers are interested to raise the research on Therapeutic Communication Barriers To Midwives Pregnancy Prevention in Maternal. Mortality Rate (MMR). The purpose of this study is the researcher wanted to know how therapeutic communication barriers between midwives to pregnant women in the prevention of maternal mortality is increasing. Based on data obtained from the Department of Health, the maternal mortality is very high in Serang district. Therefore, in this study, the researchers raised the case of therapeutic communication barriers midwives to pregnant women in the district of Serang. In this study, researcher used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation study. The theory of communication shall be used to analyze this research is the theory of symbolic interaction. Results of research have shown that therapeutic communication barriers that occur between midwives to pregnant women in Puskesmas Tunjung Teja Serang Regency is a semantic barriers (language), cultural barriers, and psychological barriers.DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/nomosleca.v2i2.606

Abstract

Abstract Although it often is imaginary, in fact, still quite well-being can be packaged attractively in the extractive industry practices. Welfare as a result of mining operations is actually the result of though construction on the existing realities. Welfare often positioned or constructed as a symbol that can facilitate acceptance of a policy. Communication patterns constructed by political elites through welfare bids can shut other desires that may be veiled. Interaction between actors presented governance (State-Private Sector-Civil Society-MNC) on mining operations in the Mountain Protection Forest Mixed Pitu Banyuwangi shows us a form of political communication and propaganda loaded. Color and pattern mining policy is dominated by the preferences and communication ansih elite level. Sound Governance approach is expected to provide opportunities for the emergence of parallel patterns of interaction for all potential possessed by all actors. All actors must be able to stand on equal footing in the face of all the problems that inevitably arise in every operation of the mining industry, such as environmental damage to the ecosystem, social and cultural impact, until the achievement of the welfare of the local community. Welfare should ideally not be imaginary side of an extractive industry, it should be presented through the strategic role of all actors existing governance. The approach used in this study is qualitative wrapped with critical paradigm. This is done to strip to the deepest problems of the cases in the study. While policy analysis is done by using the approach of Walt and Gilson through the blades of analysis for the study of policy such as policy analysis model consisting of aspects of the content, context, process, and actor. While Palmer Short presents a number of relevant questions in a critical review of a policy. In this study, both approaches are combined and then reviewed again by the advocacy coalition framework as a form of triangulation methods of analysis. Abstract

Abstract The relevabce between business communications and marketing communications exist is in promotion. Activity is due to both activities related to the increase in profit or gain . Promotion is a middle way between business communication and marketing communication which is achieving the desired target. There is also a strategy that is considered as an act of reassurance to reach the target of endorser use on promotional activities in the media. Use of endorser is not so simple , because a lot of things that must be considered and taken into account in choosing the endorser that communication within the business running effectively and efficiently. Celebrity endorser and experts most suitable for use as a business communication strategy by considering the concept of TEARS. Abstract

Abstract The communication strategy is important in an organization because of the fact that the communication strategy issues arise in the process of organizing. Batu City Government Public Relations is the central point of information for people inside and outside government. The effectiveness of the organization lies in the effectiveness of communication, because to produce a common understanding between the sender and the receiver at all levels in the organization. The communication strategy within an organization's internal cohesion is seen as one of the factors determining the success or failure of an organization. To achieve internal Public Relations has a major role, especially the leadership role. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Results of research conducted in Kota Batu Government Public Relations shows that systematically implementing communication strategies of organizations to achieve organizational goals with Stone City Government Public Relations, which can build up and build up a good internal harmony. Abstract

Abstract Malang is a city that has a very heterogeneous population, because immigrants not only came from the city on the island of Java, but from outside of Java Island. Many impacts would arise as a result of the influx of immigrants from all parts of the ground water. The negative impact is most likely to occur is the cultural frictions due to different understandings. Multicultural education that had been made by various parties apparently not able to reduce the cultural misunderstandings. Especially during the activities undertaken to harmonize inter-ethnic conducted by various social organizations partially, has not been well integrated and focused, therefore, the government should be able to make such programs have become a government program ongoing to establish Brand Internal Communications Culture (BICCU). The future is expected BICCU able to form a positive image of Malang as the City Multi ethnic harmonious and hamonis. Abstract

Abstract The use of a mate search application is currently being used by the people of Indonesia crowded. This is evidenced by the number of applications such as beetalk mate search, meowchat, OkCupid, tinder and much more. Mate search site can be trusted to provide solutions for speed and accuracy of the arrival of a mate for its users. This phenomenon will create a shift in meaning where in the past dating dating will be conducted by a couple who have gone through the introductory stage, approach, new assessment followed by a date. But today the stage is shortened to introduction through tinder mate search application, and then meet for a date. So dating conducted a blind date (blind date) because the two people familiar with the dating without opponents date. This attracted the attention of researchers so that researchers intrigued to know how meaning construction dating site matchmaking search Tinder (Phenomenology Study on Men Tinder Users in Jakarta). The theory used in this research is the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) and the Social Penetration Theory. With Qualitative research methodologies and approaches phenomenology, the study provides an overview of Constructivist paradigm will shift the meaning of dating for men dating search app users in the application tinder. The results showed that male informants in Jakarta tinder users will choose a date, like selecting items preferably in the online shop. If they like the woman then they will be invited to meet and relationships can be moved quickly towards the dating stage. Meaning of dating that is identified with the stages of relationship "intimate" into shorter stages. Abstract

Abstract Television is a mainstream media that is able to survive amid the crush of media on line. Television developments occur until in the area, giving rise to local television. Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) has set up procedures local television aired on the Broadcasting Law No. 32/2012 and P3 SPS. Where local television has a role to develop the potential of the region. This study focused on the potential and promotional messages of Culture and Tourism (Dikbudpar) Malang. It also dug local television perspective in understanding the local content, which will be the two concepts will be used as a reference for designing the concept of local content on local television to develop culinary wosata Malamg. The method in this study is qualitative. To get the data researchers are working with informants from Dikbudpar Malang and local television in Malang. The data is then analyzed using interactive model of Miles and Huberman and domain analysis Spradley.
